The production process includes four key steps:
1. Weaving: Use a 32 needle German imported loom to weave the base fabric, ensuring a loop density of 1200 loops per square inch
2.Molding: High temperature hot pressing treatment at 180 ℃ stabilizes the molecular structure of nylon fibers
3.Cutting: Laser cutting equipment achieves 0.1mm precision for irregular machining, supporting special contours such as circular and elliptical shapes
4.Testing: Through ASTM D5170 standard testing, ensure that the peel strength is ≥ 1.2N/cm ² and the number of cycles of use is>5000 times
Medical grade products require additional biocompatibility testing, including cytotoxicity testing and skin sensitization experiments. The finished product packaging is individually packaged with medical dialysis paper, which meets the requirements of ISO 13485 Medical Device Quality Management System
