Adhesive hook and loop is an industrial adhesive product made by applying a high-temperature hot melt adhesive layer on the back of the hook and loop and covering it with release paper. The core structure includes a substrate, adhesive, and release paper. According to the type of adhesive, it is divided into ordinary hot melt adhesive (suitable for -20 ℃ to 70 ℃), high temperature resistant hot melt adhesive (suitable for -2 ℃ to 108 ℃), and special process categories, which are suitable for different strength and environmental requirements. The processing technology covers ordinary adhesive and back-to-back composite bonding with a width of 12.5-200mm, and can handle various substrates such as plastic hooks and velvet. Release paper is mainly white with ordinary thickness, and special colors need to be customized.
This product adopts a hook and loop surface bonding mechanism, which has strong adhesion and weather resistance, and can bond flat or high-density surfaces such as glass and metal. Customized shapes can be achieved through deep processing such as punching and slitting, and are applied in fields such as household appliance fixation, electronic cable management, medical equipment straps, automotive parts assembly, and outdoor equipment. Some products have passed EU environmental certification and medical industry standards, meeting the durability and safety requirements of industrial scenarios.
